He also addressed the gathering mentioning that he was happy that this is the 2nd institutional journal released by MU. Book on advanced concepts in Psychosocial aspects of critical ill patients authored by Dr, Elsa S Devi was released by Dr.PLN Rao, Registrar evaluation, MU. In his address, he spoke on his happiness on the steadfast growth of the college under the able leadership of Dr. Anice George.

Dr. Surendra Shetty, Pro Vice Chancellor, Mangalore Campus, MU released the Silver Jubilee documentary which was followed by screening of the documentary. This was followed the rendering of the college anthem.
