The talk was delivered by Mrs. Savitha, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychiatric Nursing, who briefed on academic work-life balance. She emphasized on common causes of stress among the adolescents and gave the tips on how to manage them in day to day life.

Demonstration and practice session on Jacobson’s progressive relaxation technique was held at the end of the session. Program was held on 20th September and 100 First-year BSc. Nursing students of 365体育直播 College of Nursing participated in the program.
