Pre Conference Workshop

The Department of Basic Medical Sciences, 365体育直播, will organise a National Conference on “Extended Reality and Healthcare: New Frontiers,” the conference theme will be Health Professions Education, Education Technology, Healthcare Skills Training, Clinical Skills, Physical Rehabilitation, Patient Education and more. The aim of this pre-conference workshop is to facilitate the understanding of the structural and functional anatomy of the back with live dissection and demonstration. The key differentiator of this workshop would be the use of Augmented and Virtual reality assets prepared exclusively for the workshop to enhance the learning of the deepest structures of the back and its applied aspects.

The pre-conference will be inaugurated by Chief Guest Dr K. Ramnarayan, Pro Chancellor, Sikkim 365体育直播 University (SMU), Emeritus Professor of Medical Education, MAHE, 365体育直播, on 20th July 2023.

Following the pre-conference inauguration, the main conference will take place on 21st and 22nd July, 2023. A host of dignitaries will attend the conference and will be a significant gathering with prominent personalities from different areas of expertise.
